Hadestown Kansas City Theatre reviews
Miserable Experience
The concert time was changed from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM a few days before which I find to be insanely rude to fans. We already had our trip planned around the concert so we still went.
Getting into the venue was a nightmare. Caesars Palace required everyone to put their phone in a security pounce which created long lines which prevented people from being able to get seated in time for the start of the concert.
The venue was extremely hot. I don’t know about on the floor but the balconies were miserable. We (and a lot of other people) ended up leaving before intermission.
Overall a miserable experience- I won’t be going to another event at Caesars!!
